• Plus if you have a cash bar with a hundred or more guests there will be no charge for bar hire or bar staff.
• We also obtain any local drinks licences that are required.
• We are fully licensed & insured for any event.

Tobias Jacks has three mobile bar hire options:

Option 1 (the most popular)

• Free service for 100 adult guests or more.

Here your guests pay for their own drinks for the duration of the event.

Please Note: There is a charge of £30 to cover the cost of a temporary events licence, if you need one.

• Free service for 100 adult guests or more.

This is where the client puts an amount of money behind the bar and when this runs out the guests pay for their own drinks.

• Free service for 100 adult guests or more.

This is where the client pays for all the drinks for the duration of the event, there will be a deposit of £20 per guest attending the event, then at the end of the party we will invoice or refund the difference once the bar bill has been totalled.

At the end of the event our staff clean up and collect all bar sundries, leaving you with a quiet & restful following day.
